Projection Start-date

Refers to the fiscal-year opening balance date of the first fiscal-year in the thirty year projection common to all scenarios in a depreciation report.

As a fiscal-year is rarely set on a calendar-year and as many strata corporations do not have their Annual General Meeting (AGM) on the last day of the fiscal-year, the projection start-date introduces the current fiscal-year and has legal basis in the strata plans that provide the fiscal-year opening and closing balance dates for a strata corporation.
